2010 New Year Resolutions

1. Lose 10 kg - Go down to 80 kg

2. Wake up to jog every morning 5.30am

3. No KFC, Beer, Hard Liquor, Ice-Cream

4. No deep-fried and oily food

5. No snacking after 10.30pm

6. No MSN on weeknights

7. Complete PADI Dive Master Course

8. Go into Underwater Photography

9. Pick up Golf again

10. Gym 3X weekly, Swim 2x weekly, Tennis 1X weekly, Squash 1X weekly, Rock Climbing 1X monthly

11. Complete 2 marathons in < 5 hours

12. Go down to 32"

13. Learn Spanish

14. Improve Memory

15. Eat Salads 3X weekly

16. Cut down on rice

17. Eat until 70% full always

18. No Buffets

19. Plan New Zealand Holidays with Family

20. 1 hour self improvement week nights

21. Improve on presentation skills, staff work

22. Cut down on indulgent spending, save, save, save!

23. Continue weekly volunteer work

24. Start MBA application process

25. Construct improved finance portfolio

26. 1 Glass of Wine per Wedding

27. Learn Ballroom / Salsa Dancing

28. Learn some cooking recipes

29. Start Calorie Counter

30. Improve on Home Theater Set (Speakers, Room Alignment)
