1. Need to lose 15 kg by February 20
a. No more eating after 9.30pm.
b. Au moins 3 times @ Planet Fitness gym every week.
c. At most one meal with rice a day. At most half a cup of rice, slowly reduce to quarter cup.
d. Only fruits after 8.30pm.
e. Abstain from KFC and desserts (ice-cream)
2. Complete Standard Chartered Half-Marathon 3 December
a. Train up to 18km at ECP.
b. Run 2-3 times a week.
3. Pick up / Carry on a foreign language
a. Consider either continuing Japanese or French.
b. Retrieve old notes, and revise old lessons.
b. Italian/ Spanish? Check out classes & availability.
4. Be more active in engaging people
a. Approach instead of waiting to be approached.
b. Ask questions instead of holding back.

Heh...I guess reading friends' blogs over time, we kinda find that we all have the same aspirations...and the same procrastinations...
I've given up writing my resolutions. Facing a big fat procrastination issue right here right now as I scramble with a paper. sighz.
Pondering whether to go gym now even ...Hahaha...
